Sweet omelette with acacia flowers and kirsch

Preparation: 10 minutes – Cooking time: 7 to 8 minutes

Serves 6:

  • 12 eggs
  • 15g caster sugar
  • Kirsch

Take a few bunches of acacia flowers and chop them into an omelette.
Add a few spoonfuls of Kirsch
This will bring out the full aroma of the flowers.
