For 2 persons :
- 1 melon
- 200g raspberries
- 1 spoonful of caster sugar
- 1 tasting glass of raspberry brandy
Take a ripe melon, cut it in 2, remove the seeds
Pour a good spoonful of raspberry brandy into the cavity of each melon half, making sure that the liquid soaks into the melon walls.
Keep in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Carefully place the raspberries in a bowl, cover them with sugar and turn them over gently.
Pour a good spoonful of raspberry brandy over them and leave them to marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.
One hour before serving, take out the melons, gently fill them with the macerated raspberries and put them back in the fridge.
