- 1/4 litre of black tea,
- 1/4 litre of ordinary red wine,
- 1/4 litre orange juice,
- 1/4 litre of fruit alcohol: Kirsch, Marc de Gewurztraminer from Alsace,
- 60 to 80 grams of sugar,
- 1/4 stick of cinnamon,
- 3 cloves,
- 1/2 untreated lemon.
Mix the liquids and spices. Bring to the boil,
Add sugar. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve very hot!
Depending on taste, this “Jägertee” can be garnished with cloves or cinnamon powder.
