Serves 4 to 6 – Cooking time: 5 min
- 75 grams of caster sugar
- 1 bottle of raw cider
- 10 cl of crème de cassis.
Put the sugar and cider in a large saucepan. Make sure the saucepan is large enough because the mixture will foam.
Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from the heat, add the crème de cassis and mix well. Serve immediately.
