Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 600g cottage cheese
- 1 Munster cheese dish
- 100g caster sugar
- ¼ litre of fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons of Kirsch
Place a ladleful of faisselle in each bowl (Munster faisselle is a drained white cheese made from cow’s milk, but it can be replaced by sheep’s faisselle).
Top with sugar, fresh cream and a few drops of Kirsch.
Sprinkle with blueberries and serve this dessert chilled.
