Faisselle with blueberries and Kirsch

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves 6:

  • 600g cottage cheese
  • 1 Munster cheese dish
  • 100g caster sugar
  • ¼ litre of fresh cream
  • 3 tablespoons of Kirsch

Place a ladleful of faisselle in each bowl (Munster faisselle is a drained white cheese made from cow’s milk, but it can be replaced by sheep’s faisselle).
Top with sugar, fresh cream and a few drops of Kirsch.
Sprinkle with blueberries and serve this dessert chilled.
