Description
The cherry is without doubt the fruit par excellence that men would have distilled first, starting with the maceration of cherries in wine brandy. It was later that they had the idea of distilling fermented cherries to produce an excellent brandy, too often reduced to a pastry alcohol.
It should be restored to its rightful place on good tables as a digestif, long drink or cocktail.
