CELERI
This is an exclusive product that has been around since 1983 and is a wonderful accompaniment to smoked fish and Norwegian dishes as a substitute for vodka. It can also be enjoyed in cocktails with tomato juice and tonic. This brandy is obtained from finely grated celery root and macerated in a neutral alcohol which will impregnate the subtle but vigorous aromas of the celery. Original and innovative, this brandy will find its place on festive tables to enhance subtle dishes, such as smoked or marinated salmon, as well as a Norwegian plate.
